My local shoe repair fixed heel caps that exact shape so it must’ve more common….I think it was $10. The inside peeling is an ongoing issue that will unfortunately get worse. Maybe clear nail polish could help at least around the top edges where the most friction occurs

Try the red skirt with some unusual color choices like orange boots or shoes, or a baby blue top, or gray!!! Not all together lol just some fun color clash

You could try stockings with the silver shoes and mary janes. With a skirt it could be more femine or use it as siren core or Office core leaning styling

Maybe you can make the cardigan serve the same purpose as a long sleeve! Where it with a v-neck cami underneath and buttoned up or wear it buttoned but with the buttons in the back with the back as the front to change the neck line up

I wouldn't choose the glitter flannel either but you try styling it with the buttons in the back and make it angled or tied in the front or like as an off the shoulders! Just an idea

The off the shoulder red top (first you look stunning either way you shoulder width is fine 🤣 I don’t see what your talking about!) but the off the shoulders seems like an out for that’s trying too hard.
